It’s the summertime and you know what that means: dinner parties.  Take advantage of this fresh season and whip up something summery that will leave everyone feeling satisfied.  Try out this delicious three-course meal with amazing ingredients from Kraft Foods.

Start the night out light: try out this Mediterranean Marinated Vegetable Salad

What You Need

2 large Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1   each green and yellow pepper, coarsely chopped
1 Zucchini, cut lengthwise in half, sliced
1/4 cup  Red onion wedges
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup  KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles

Make It

COMBINE tomatoes and vegetables in large bowl.

MIX dressing, basil and garlic. Pour over vegetable mixture; toss to coat.

ADD cheese; mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour.

What You Need

8 Ground beef patties (2 lb.)
2 Tbsp.  Olive oil
3 Sweet onions (2 lb.), thinly sliced, separated into rings
1/4 cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
3 Tbsp. A.1. Original Steak Sauce
8   Kaiser rolls, partially split
2 Tomatoes, each cut into 8 slices
8   KRAFT Singles

Make It

GRILL or broil beef patties until done (160ºF).

MEANWHILE, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 10 min. or until golden brown. Stir in dressing and steak sauce.

FILL rolls with tomatoes, burgers, Singles and onion mixture.

Okay, everyone’s getting full now.  But how can anyone pass on some trifle? Especially the Quick Lemon-Berry Trifle, which is the perfect sweet treat for your sweet tooth!

What You Need

2-1/2 cups cold milk
2 pkg.  (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding, or any other flavor
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
4 cups  mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries), divided
42 NILLA Wafers

Make It

BEAT milk and pudding mixes in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP. Reserve 1/4 cup berries for garnish.

ARRANGE 21 wafers on bottom and up side of 2-1/2-qt. bowl; top with layers of 1/3 of the pudding mixture and half each of the berries and remaining pudding mixture. Top with layers of remaining wafers, berries, pudding mixture and COOL WHIP. Garnish with reserved berries.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
