ASHTABULA COUNTY, OH (WOIO) –
Three people are dead after a house fire in Ashtabula around 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 24.
According to the Astabula County Coroner, Mother Kelly Estep (36), Zander Wlotzko (3), and Frankie Jr Wlotzko (4), died in the house fire on Washington Avenue.
The incident took place in a bedroom on the second floor of of the residence.
According to reports, a 10-year-old daughter was able to escape along with two, 4-month old twins and a 2-year-old.
