The Charlotte police department has made the decision to not show the police video of the shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott to the public. But Scott’s family has been shown the video. Watch below as to what was seen on the police video and what does this all mean:

"Release the tape," and "we want the tape" echoed through the downtown area directed at Charlotte Police Chief Kerr Putney, who announced Thursday he would not publicly release dash cam footage capturing Scott's shooting.
