Several reports claimed Odom showed positive signs of improvement after allegedly squeezing the hand of estranged wife Khloe Kardashian. Doctors later reported that his actions might have been an "involuntary movement." Odom's condition is reportedly deteriorating, with four of his organs failing.
In an interview with HLN's Nancy Grace, Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof says Lamar Odom was healthy and did not take drugs at his establishment. He did, however, claim Odom told employees he used cocaine on Saturday before his arrival. Hof says he has a zero tolerance policy for drug use.
