LOCAL NEWS: $15 Possible Motive in Akron Child Abduction

    AKRON, OH (WOIO) -

    After a five hour manhunt, officers were able to locate a two-year-old girl that was abducted by her relatives from her driveway on Lake Street.

    The child was found on Pressler Road in Springfield Township around 1AM Tuesday morning, and returned to her mother.

    Officers arrested the baby’s aunt, Bianca Martin, 21, and Martin’s boyfriend, Tremaine Watters, 24. They were charged with Abduction and booked into the Summit County Jail.

    The child was possibly abducted over a $15 debt the mother owed Bianca Martin.
