Cleveland landlord Sharon Camp is now thinking about selling her West 25th Street apartment building, after she found 20 people living in one unit.

Camp explained she rented the unit to a family of four, but months later discovered that two other families had moved in, causing significant damage, trashing every room.

“There’s no talking to these kind of people,” said Camp. “I mean they have no respect for themselves, much less anybody else’s property.”

Camp said she tried to work with the single mother of three children, but she repeatedly broke many conditions in the written lease, allowing her sister and another family to move in without asking for permission.

Camp told newsnet5.com a total of 15 children were packed into the 600-square-foot unit, and left crayon and ink marks on nearly every wall.
