Cleveland Police are investigating an attack of a cab driver stabbed Sunday morning on Cleveland Road.
The incident happened around 1 a.m. in the 400 block of Cleveland Road on the east side, not far from St. Clair Avenue. Investigators say the driver was attacked after responding to pick up a passenger.
Cleveland police said the 60-year-old male driver was stabbed in the chest after being robbed of his money. The unidentified suspect then took off with the victim’s white Americab taxi.
