Meet Niosha Latrice Kelly. Not only is Niosha an ugly muhfugga, she’s also a drunk who does horrible things to children:
A 27-year-old mother is charged with unlawful neglect of a child after her 17-day-old baby was taken to the hospital with a fractured skull. Capt. Daniel Watson, spokesperson for the Darlington Police Department, said Niosha Latrice Kelly was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the incident.
Kelly’s other two children have been placed another family member. Officers say they haven’t determined yet how the baby was injured. Watson said they have received several different stories. The baby is in stable condition at this time.
