Jennifer Hudson allegedly wants more than $1 Million dollars for a book deal to talk about dropping more than 80 pounds as a Weight Watchers spokeswoman. She’s been shopping the idea for about 4 years about her struggles. So what’s the problem? Welllll publishers don’t think a book like that will sell. Publishers believe they need to juice it up with her talking about her family being killed and how that impacted her life.
Now don’t get it twisted they have offered to do a book about her weight loss WITHOUT the family tragedy for less than $100k.
Hudson’s mother, Darnell Donnerson, her older brother, Jason, and her 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, were killed in October 2008, allegedly by her brother-in-law, William Balfour, who was indicted for murder.
