Following nearly a month long investigation into a theft case involving a State of Ohio Department of Taxation worker, detectives arrested 45-year-old Bryan Keith Bossert. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is also involved in the investigation.

Detectives were notified of the theft by the business owner of the Wine Barrel. On two separate occasions, Bossert took over $10,000 in cash from the office area of the business while performing inspections of the business. The thefts occurred on July 21 and August 11 of this year.

The Mentor man was charged with two counts of Theft in Office and booked into the Summit County Jail.
