CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –

The 16-year-old Cleveland teen shot in the head on city’s west side has died.

Cops arrested four people, but has since released one in the fatal Denison Avenue shooting of Jaquan Sims.

Witnesses tell police Sims was inside the home when his girlfriend noticed a crowd of people gathering at Andy’s Hot Spot Bar.

Sims looked out the door’s peephole and was shot in the head.

Officers were already in the area, and arrived at the shooting scene very quickly.

23-year-old Torrance Jordan, 27-year-old Keith Jordan, 29-year-old Kenneth Jordan were charged Tuesday with Aggravated Rioting.

The three brothers pleaded not guilty. According to the prosecutor, none of them are the gunman.

Bond was set at $20K.

The gunman remains on the loose.
