The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Dayvaughn Ervin.

Ervin is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Police. Ervin is wanted for aggravated robbery and is currently on the U.S. Marshals VGRIP MOST WANTED list that can be seen around Cleveland. On August 30th of this year, Ervin pulled a gun on a man and demanded his hooded sweatshirt. The victim handed over the sweatshirt and ran for his life. While he was fleeing the scene he heard several gunshots. Ervin, just moments after robbing the first man, got into a verbal altercation with another in the parking lot of Union Deli at 116th and Union in Cleveland. During the argument Ervin pulled out his gun again, shot the victim a number of times and left the area.

Ervin is a 18-year-old man standing approximately 5’8″ and weighing 132 pounds. He has black hair and has brown eyes. Ervin is believed to be hiding in Cleveland. Ervin has a previous address located around the 3500 block of E. 103th St. in Cleveland.
