CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Cleveland police are now trying to sort out two sides of an accident.
It happened October 25th around six a-m on SR 237.
Scott Coulter of Berea was driving his blue Ford Explorer on SR 237 merging onto I-480 East when a tan or gold Kia Forte struck the right side of his vehicle and pushed him off the roadway.
Police say Coulter went into the grass median, then the vehicle went airborne and landed nose-first on Brookpark Road.
Coulter was seriously injured in this accident and is being treated at Metro.
The driver of the Kia fled the scene, but has now filed an accident report claiming “he” is the victim.
