R&B crooner Bobby Brown (pictured) is reportedly back in rehab for an addiction that his wife of two months, Alicia Etheredge, did not disclose to RadarOnline.
Brown, who has spoken about his drug and alcohol addictions in the past, has been on this route before and has checked in to various rehab facilities over the years seeking help.
TMZ is speculating that the 43-year-old is undergoing treatment for alcohol addiction, but there has been no solid confirmation of this from Brown’s camp.
When Brown’s ex-wife, Whitney Houston, passed away in February, he spoke publicly about the destructive drug-ridden path that their lives had taken together. He even appeared on NBC’s “Today Show” with host Matt Lauer to openly discuss how drugs had taken a negative toll on his life with Whitney, which was apparent on their reality TV gig “Being Bobby Brown.”
On the show, the couple was showcased for all to see and their bizarre behaviors seemed fueled by substance abuse. ”We [were] able to see that our drug use had affected our relationship, had affected the love that we felt for each other,” he admitted to Lauer.

Brown has even gotten in to legal trouble for his addiction to the bottle. Just one month after Whitney’s death, he was arrested for driving under the influence. At the time of his arrest, the former New Edition member already had a DUI conviction on his record stemming from a 1996 arrest in Georgia, which he plead guilty to, and served eight days in jail.
Now a source close to Brown told TMZ that the performer is unable to handle his alcohol abuse problem solo and has “decided that he needed help and wants to make the best out of the rest of his life for his children’s sake.”
We wish you well, Bobby!
