Former NFL receiver Terrell Owens has had a tumultuous past 12 months.

Owens lost a one-on-one basketball game to the world’s smallest streetballer, he was cut by both an NFL and Indoor Football League team, he was confronted by three of his baby mamas on the Dr. Phil show and was held in contempt for unpaid child support bills that date back to late 2011, when he missed six straight months of payments.

Not much has changed in Owens’ life, as he was recently ordered to work at Goodwill, according to TMZ.

The volunteer referral form shows that the punishment stems from missed child support from one of his baby’s mothers, Kimberly Floyd.
