Top 5 Groups Who Should Be Featured On TV1′s Unsung - Page 4

If you’re a faithful viewer of the show “Unsung” on TV1, then you probably sit and think about some of the artists that you have loved over the years after each episode is over. How many times have you watched that show and then started wondering, “hey, what ever happened to artists xy and z?! Every single episode makes us think of another group or artist in that same exact way!  So here is a starting off list that we are sure we will want to update just as soon as we post this one!

#5. Ready For The World

If you do a show on New Edition, then you have to do one on Ready For The World! It’s only right! And while they may have been a big freakin deal to many of us growing, up, they definitely never crossed over the way they should have. But why?

#4. Kool And The Gang

This group was a staple on R&B radio stations everywhere for about ever. Not even forever, just ever! Then suddenly, they were not being heard anymore. So what happened? We want to know!

This group was another staple that just inexplicably disappeared, and no one seems to know why! They had some of the most beloved hits of the late 80′s early 90′s! So where did they go?

Everyone needs to know this story. Pointblank period. There are so many questions and they all should be answered! This group was everything at one point! And then it was just over! Tell us why!

Everyone has a mama, daddy, grandmama, granddaddy, auntie or somebody who blasted Frankie Beb -a-lie (Our special pronunciation) and them! You don’t hear “Before I Let Go” and not spazz out! So why have they not been featured yet? C’mon this has to happen!
