CLEVELAND – The main suspect in the case of three missing women being found after they were locked up for years at a Cleveland home is cooperating with police.

A source close to the investigation told NewsChannel5’s Paul Kiska that Ariel Castro is cooperating and giving investigators information about what happened at his Seymour Avenue home.

The source did not reveal any details about what Castro said.

However, police said Wednesday morning that “chains and locks” were found inside the home .

Castro and his brothers Onil and Pedro were arrested in connection with the kidnappings of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.

All three women reported missing years ago – Knight as far back as 2002. They were found Monday night after a neighbor saw one of the women flagging down help.
