Gabrielle Union is now officially engaged to Miami Heat star, Dwyane Wade! The happy couple broke the news Saturday (Dec. 20).
“Sooooo this happened…#Yessss,” the 40-year-old actress wrote via Instagram. Alongside the caption, Union shared the engagement ring the Miami Heat basketball player presented to her when he popped the question. Wade added: “She said YES!!!”
The “Being Mary Jane” star and Wade, shared an intimate snapshot of the bride-to-be placing her hand in her new fiancé’s. Wade gave Union a beautiful 8.5 carat cushion cut diamond ring made by Jason of Beverly Hills.
The soon-to-be bride and groom have been dating since 2009, and have never shied away from expressing their love for one another.
