CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The Cleveland Division of Police Fifth District Detective Bureau is currently seeking the public’s help finding a missing teenage girl.
Jessika Ellison, 15, has black hair and brown eyes. She is 5’6″ and weighs 130 pounds. Her mother reported she left her residence on December 21, 2013.
