Kitten Found Frozen in Elyria

ELYRIA, OH (WOIO) –
A kitten was found frozen to the ground Monday morning in Elyria.
A passer-by spotted the little kitty near Route 57 and Griswold.
Amazingly, the kitten, named Frosty does not have frostbite, but does have an upper respiratory infection.
