WILLOUGHBY, OH (WOIO) –
The Chagrin River started flooding several streets in Willoughby Friday afternoon.
To keep motorists safe, city officials have closed the following roadways:
1. Apollo Parkway – Industrial Businesses
2. Lost Nation Road at Gilson Parkway
3. Daniels Park (North & South) – SR 84 is currently open for travel
