For those who don’t know what Tinder is, it’s a dating app that’s, which I heard, mostly used for hookups. (That means the sex.) You swipe right on someone’s profile, that means you like that person; swiping left means you don’t. If you like someone, and they like you back — yes!  – it’s a match.

But what happens when the former cofounder of Tinder gets harassed by the founder of the app she works for? Whitney Wolfe is suing Tinder’s cofounder Justin Mateen for discrimination and sexual harassment.

Wolfe, according to TIME, said Mateen told her she was allegedly too young to be in her position, and that it makes their app look “like a joke.”

Wolfe also claims Mateen called her a “whore” in front of the company’s CEO, Sean Rad. When she tried to complain about the behavior she experienced, Wolfe said she was pushed out of the company.

Upon receiving the lawsuit, Mateen was immediately suspended and is currently under investigation.
