AKRON, Ohio – ESPN host Dan LeBatard has been handed a two-day suspension after he erected a billboard that took aim at LeBron James’ return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Two rings, laid side-by-side anchor the right side of a billboard on Tallmadge Avenue in Akron. Beside them, the words: “You’re welcome, LeBron. Love, Miami.”
LeBatard already tried to place a similar message in both the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Akron Beacon Journal, but both newspapers rejected the ad.
