Tom Joyner News: Semi-trailer truck rollover closes I-76 at I-77 split
A semi-trailer truck rolled over early Wednesday morning, scattering concrete pieces on the I-76 WB ramp off the southbound Kenmore leg.
Authorities say the truck is upright again but picking up the large pieces of concrete will take a while.
I-76 WB at the I-77 split, just before Manchester, is closed.
The driver walked out of the truck under his own power. He says the load shifted. Each piece of concrete weighs 15,000 lbs., and require a crane to remove them.
