CLEVELAND HEIGHTS — Officials have charged a man with arson in the Tuesday morning fire at the Katz Club Diner.

James T. Warholak faces a charge of aggravated arson, a 1st degree felony, according to the Cleveland Heights Municipal Court. He pleaded not guilty in court Wednesday afternoon.

On Tuesday, crews shut down a portion of Lee Road between Washington Boulevard and Euclid Heights Blvd as firefighters battled the flames at about 8:30 a.m.
