DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
The new mega banner celebrating LeBron James’ return to the Cleveland Cavaliers has been unveiled. It took about four hours to reveal the massive mural. It was a long process that began shortly after 8 a.m. Thursday.
The unveiling coincides with the Cavs home opening game Thursday night against the New York Knicks.
The banner is one of the largest in the world.
The Nike-sponsored banner is 10-stories tall, 25,000 square feet and weighs 1.3 tons. It will drape on the side of Sherwin-Williams building at the corner of Huron and Ontario, right across from the “Q”.
