CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – The Cleveland Foundation is is helping usher in the holiday season be announcing its November centennial gift to the community, free theater tickets.The Foundation is providing 2,300 free tickets to five separate holiday performances on Sunday, November 30.

The productions include “A Christmas Story” by Cleveland Play House at the Allen Theatre at 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m., “A Christmas Carol” by Great Lakes Theater at the Ohio Theatre at 3 p.m. and “The Santaland Diaries” by Cleveland Public Theatre at the Outcalt Theatre at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.”The Santaland Diaries” is an adults-only show, while the rest are family-friendly shows. Beginning Monday, November 3, people can enter the online lottery by clicking HERE.

The website will remain open for 100 hours, until 1 p.m. Friday, November 7. This lottery is not first-come, first-served; residents will be randomly selected to attend the performances. All registered participants will receive email notification by 5 p.m. Friday, November 14, whether or not they have secured tickets. No phone call entries are permitted. If you have trouble accessing the website via your phone, try on a computer or tablet instead.
