The Cleveland Browns will have last years NFL leader in receiving yards back, Josh Gordon has been reinstated on Monday from his 10-game suspension for violating the league’s substance-abuse policy.

NFL Insider Ian Rapoport is reporting that Gordon has been cleared for normal activities without restriction.

Gordon led the NFL in receiving yards in the 2013 season with 1,646 on 87 catches.

He was suspended in the off-season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy, the suspension was for 16-games. Gordon would appeal the suspension claiming second-hand smoke was the reason for the failed test, but it would not matter because the suspension was held up.
