As expected, Marshawn Lynch didn’t say much during Super Bowl Media Day today. He fielded lots and lots of questions from reporters. But his answer to every single one of them was the same: “I’m just here so I won’t get fined.” It didn’t matter if the question was from a little kid in the crowd surrounding his booth or Deion Sanders and the NFL Network. Lynch kept it consistent and repeated his answer (it’s the same answer he used last year on the day after Super Bowl Media Day) over and over and over and over and…you get the point. And once his four and a half minutes were up—that’s how long the NFL reportedly required him to stay and “answer” questions—he left.
