CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) – Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon has been officially suspended by the NFL for at least one year.
Statement by an NFL Spokesperson on Josh Gordon: “Josh Gordon of the Cleveland Browns has been suspended without pay for at least one year for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substance of Abuse. Gordon’s suspension begins immediately.”
Days after Gordon tested positive for alcohol, he sent out a letter to Charles Barkley and other who have doubted him, “Most importantly, I failed myself. Again.” Gordon wrote.
