LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The photo of a Louisville police officer helping a woman cross the finish line of her first 10K race is taking the internet by a storm.

According to ESPN, Asia Ford was running in the Rodes City Run 10K in Louisville as part of her journey to get healthy.

At one point Ford weighed 474 pounds but she recently lost more than 200 pounds and decided to challenge herself by training for the race, ESPN reports.

After seeing Ford struggling through the fourth mile, Lt. Aubrey Gregory asked her if she wanted to stop. But Ford was determined to complete the race. That’s when Gregory stepped in to escort her.
