From the category of ‘Uh Oh’,Suge Knight is facing more legal action over the deadly hit-and-run incident that left one person dead. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the family of Terry Carter is suing Suge for running over and killing Carter near a shoot for the N.W.A. biopic “Straight Outta Compton” back in February. The wrongful death suit also names the film’s producers, Dr. Dre and Ice Cube, accusing them of knowingly hiring gang members to provide security for the shoot. The family says those gang members started the fight with Suge that caused him to run over Carter.
Suge Knight is currently in jail on murder charges stemming from the incident.
