CLEVELAND – An underground explosion has been reported in Cleveland Wednesday afternoon.
Cleveland State University Police blocked off Euclid Avenue at East 30th Street, but have since re-opened Euclid Avenue.
Scorch marks can be seen around the manhole cover.
