CLEVELAND – Cleveland Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at a local festival in which an 18-year-old was shot Saturday night.
According to police, an unknown suspect fired shots into a “large crowd” at the Municipal Parking Lot, 1500 South Marginal Road, during the Latino Festival at around 10:40 p.m.
