Police have arrested one man and charged another in connection with the deadly drive-by shooting of a five-year-old boy Friday.
Dontavious Williams is charged in the death of five-year-old Ramon D. Burnett. Williams was arrested Friday, but he wasn’t charged until Sunday.
Marlon Antwan Hackett Jr.,19, was also arrested in connection to Ramon’s death, but he has “not been charged yet,” according to Cleveland police.
Ramon was playing outside in the area of 2300 Louise Harris Drive when he was shot. On Sunday night, Ramon’s name was written in chalk where he lay Friday afternoon.
