WTF? Woman Who Wanted to Bomb The White House Says She’s Olivia Pope

Here’s something to not do when under the influence of alcohol: call police, pretend you’re a fictional character and say there’s a bomb heading to the White House.

Investigators in Iowa say 20-year-old Kelsey Cousins called 911 claiming to be Kerry Washington’s character in the TV show “Scandal”.

The woman said she was Olivia Pope, and then told officials a car bomb was headed to the White House.
