WRTV Video of an Indianapolis man dancing on the roof of a burning home lit up social media Monday night.
According to WRTV, the man, 25-year-old Matthew Russ, allegedly stole his girlfriend’s car and crashed it into a nearby pole. Police were then called to a home on Layman Avenue about a barricaded subject. Upon arrival, police found Russ in the driveway with a knife.
