CLEVELAND– Despite being placed in the NFL Concussion Protocol last week, sources with ESPN Las Vegas say Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel was, in fact, spotted in Las Vegas during the weekend.
But he apparently wasn’t himself.

Wearing a blonde wig, fake mustache and glasses, sources say Manziel introduced himself as “Billy” while spending time in Vegas.
