CLEVELAND — For the second time, Janet Jackson is postponing her “Unbreakable” tour.
Initially, she was slated to rock Quicken Loans Arena on Feb. 2. That date was pushed back to Aug. 28 after she announced the tour was being stalled back on Christmas Eve.
It’s now unclear when Jackson’s stop in Cleveland will take place.
