People should not be surprised that Prince was cremated then memorialized in a private ceremony amongst close friends and family Saturday.  Although Prince was adored around the world, he was always the most private as well as lovingly mysterious entertainers to walk this earth.  Prince was the commandeer of what should be public, while leaving his personal life to what it should have been, personal.  What he wanted to share with the world, he did through what he was the master of, which was his music.  The professor of his own bio-pic, Purple Rain, before there was such a thing, we learned that although his life might have been drama filled his saving grace was the music.  Prince left us all with a blue print or shall I say purple print:  LET YOUR GREATNESS SPEAK FOR ITSELF.

Although his memorial services was quick and private, his family did what Prince would have wanted, which was to pay honor to those whom respected the musician that he was, his fans.  The fans that have been standing in vigil since Thursday outside his Paisley Park estate since the news broke of his death were adorned with gifts by his family to say thank you for being faithful, fore they are truly The Beautiful Ones.
