CLEVELAND – Officers were at a scene at East 151st Street and Harvard Avenue for a homicide investigation.
Police reported a 25-year-old man was shot in the chest and an 18-year-old man was shot in the hand.
The man shot in the chest was pronounced dead at University Hospitals, Cleveland police said.
