PARMA, Ohio — Crews responded to a fire at the former Parmatown Mall area in Parma Monday.
It happened at just before 11:30 a.m.
The fire was located in the old section of Parmatown mall that is under construction.
When firefighters arrived, they found a working fire on the roof of the building. It had been started by construction workers as they cut material on the roof, according to firefighters.
