CLEVELAND – Taco Bell Cantina restaurants will be the first and only Taco Bell restaurants to serve alcohol to customers who are of legal drinking age, according to Taco Bell.

On Thursday, Taco Bell public relations confirmed to WKYC that a Taco Bell Cantina is scheduled to open in downtown Cleveland on Euclid Avenue near Public Square in November.

Word of a Taco Bell Cantina for downtown surfaced in early June when renderings of a ‘Taco Bell Cantina’ were posted as part of the Cleveland Landmarks’ Committee June 9 agenda.

That agenda saw discussion that had the new cantina-concept Taco Bell at the historic May Company Building at 150 Euclid Ave. near Public Square.
