EAST CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) –
Unofficial results out of East Cleveland show that the mayor and City Council president have been recalled.
Council President Thomas Wheeler was recalled by a slim martin of 229 votes to 211 votes.
Mayor Gary Norton, Jr. was also recalled by a slim martin, with 548 votes for the recall and 528 votes against.
