Tyrese Announces “Baby Boy” The Sequel!!

I guess somewhere between Loretha Holloway and Cookie Lyons, before Cookie taking bats to Lucious Lyons head. Before LGT had a beef, Manology made New York Times Best and an Open Invitation to a Black Rose came to be. There was the love story of Yvette & Joseph “Jody” Summers AKA Baby Boy .

Baby Boy was an urban love story written, produced and directed by John Singleton in 2001, starring singer Tyrese Gibson and Taraji P. Henson. We don’t have to talk much about that because if you haven’t seen Baby Boy, well you have been living under a serious rock for many years.

For those of us that loved Baby Boy, Tyrese gave us all life yesterday by going to his Instagram to announce the sequel to Baby Boy is coming soon Baby Boy Coming Of Age and gave a shout to John Singleton as well.
