This was mentioned at a speech President Trump gave in Youngstown on July 25th, 2017.  First Melania Trump introduced him.

(CNN) – President Donald Trump is pleased the Senate GOP voted to advance the health care bill.

During a rally in Ohio on Tuesday, Trump praised senators for agreeing to debate on the bill earlier in the day.

“We’re now one step closer to liberating our citizens from this Obamacare nightmare and delivering great healthcare for the American people. We’re going to do that, too,” he said.

Trump said at the rally he could also be “more presidential”  than any other previous commander-in-chief, save one.

“Sometimes they say ‘he doesn’t act presidential.’ And I say, look, great schools, smart guy, it is so easy to act presidential. But that’s not going to get it done. In fact, I said — it is much easier, by the way, to act presidential than what we are doing here tonight, believe me,” he said.

“And I said, with the exception of the late great Abraham Lincoln, I can be more presidential than any president that has ever held this office, that I can tell you.”
