According to reports Bill Cosby’s lead attorney, Brian McMonagle, has filed to withdraw from the case.
Cosby is being retried for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University employee Angela Constrand. The retrail is set for November 6, 2017.
McMonagle joins a list of attorneys that have dropped this case including Marty Singer, former Assistant U. S. Attorney Christopher Tayback and Monique Pressley.
