two-month investigation by Variety has revealed more allegations of sexual harassment by longtime news anchor Matt Lauer.

The report was published just a few hours after NBC News fired Lauer after a woman told the network about inappropriate sexual behavior that allegedly happened during the 2014 Sochi Olympics.

But sources told Variety that Lauer’s behavior was not a secret among Today Show employees.

The Variety report includes detailed accounts by several women, including three who identified themselves as victims of sexual harassment. They asked to remain unnamed, fearing professional repercussions, according to Variety.

According to the report, Lauer once exposed himself to a female employee, gave a colleague a sex toy with an explicit note, and would quiz female producers about whom they’d slept with.

Lauer was “fixated on women, especially their bodies and looks,” according to the accounts of more than 10 current and former employees.
