CLEVELAND — Police say a fourth person is now facing charges connected to the shooting death of 12-year-old Abdel Latif Bashiti.

Cleveland police tell WKYC that an aggravated murder warrant has been issued for Marvin Harris for the incident, which happened on Black Friday.

Police did not reveal any further details about his alleged connection to the crime.

Abdel was killed at the scene and five teens were hurt when gunfire erupted on Buckeye Road.

Harris is currently in custody on an unrelated juvenile warrant for aggravated menacing.
