It’s official… the Cleveland Cavaliers we used to know is no longer. In a monumental multi-player trade in one day… Cavs trade all the players we’ve learn to love. Isaiah Thomas, Iman Shumpert, Derrick Rose, Channing & Dwayne Wade are no longer Cavaliers.
The Los Angeles Lakers’ shuffling their roster Thursday, as they reportedly sent Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance to the Cleveland Cavaliers for Isaiah Thomas.
After dealing Isaiah Thomas and Channing Frye to the Lakers on Thursday, the team made more moves.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported Cleveland is sending Dwyane Wade to Miami, Jae Crowder and Derrick Rose to Utah, and Iman Shumpert to Sacramento.
In return, the Cavaliers are getting Rodney Hood and George Hill, according to Wojnarowski. Miami is giving Cleveland a protected second-round pick.
The Cavs also gave up their 2018 first-round draft pick to the Lakers. This is not the pick they acquired from the Nets.
